In line with regulatory requirements and our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, Streets Tax LLP invited all staff to voluntarily complete a diversity survey in March 2025. The survey was anonymous and confidential. Participation was voluntary, and respondents could choose “Prefer not to say” for any question.
The survey achieved a response rate of 100%, with 40 respondents participating.
Respondents represented a broad range of roles within the firm, including Partners, Managers, Qualified Staff, Trainees, and Direct Support Staff.
