Chief Operating Officer
As the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Paul Birch is responsible for the delivery and fulfilment of the firm’s strategic goals and growth plans and leading, managing and developing the organisation’s team and resources.
Paul has over 25 years experience, with a track record of delivery and performance improvement in a variety of senior leadership roles in consulting (Accenture), large multinational (AstraZeneca) and more recently with three start-up/scale-up businesses in the SaaS and Professional Services sectors.
He has successfully managed and scaled operations, delivered complex transformational change, developed pioneering product offerings, negotiated and managed significant commercial contracts, built high performing teams and transformed business operations – all contributing to top and bottom-line growth.
He has worked in a wide range of industries including Technology/SaaS, Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods, Travel, Telecoms and Pharmaceuticals.
