Helen Mansford Helen is Barnstaple born and bred. After graduating from Exeter University with a BA (Hons) in Accountancy, she trained with a local firm of accountants and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. After joining Stevens & Willey in 1993, Helen became a partner in 1998.
