Jon Griffey

Jon is a prize-winning Chartered Certified Accountant, achieving 2nd place out of 6,000 candidates worldwide sitting their ACCA final examinations in the June 1991 sitting. He is also a Chartered Tax adviser, having qualified with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, the prestigious body that includes most of the UK’s leading tax experts.

Jon entered public practice in 1994 having gained wide experience at several large and small accountancy firms. He specialises in technical tax issues. His clients include professional partnerships and the technology sector.

He was one of the founding partners of Hackett Griffey in 1998, which merged with Streets in 2024.

Outside of work Jon enjoys theatre, skiing, badminton and acting as charity trustee.
