Mark is a Chartered Accountant commencing Mark Carr & Co from his hometown Brighton in May 1999. The practice dedicated itself to looking after the accountancy, financial and tax advisory needs of those involved in the entertainment industry, in particular actors and theatrical agencies.
In 2018 Mark Carr & Co, Brighton, became part of the Streets organisation and its specialist media and entertainment group. This enabled Mark to expand and diversify the services provided to his ever-growing portfolio of clients.
In recent years Streets have sponsored the Brighton Fringe Festival – the largest annual arts festival in England! And in 2024 Mark performed at the Fringe’s stand-up comedy event!
Mark has also contributed to articles in The Stage Newspaper.
