Ashley Townsend

Ashley is a Chartered Accountant experienced in providing audit, accountancy and taxation services, as well as management accounts and assurance services.

He is involved in a varied and diverse range of sectors having worked closely with a mix of clients, including small to medium owner managed businesses, and larger corporate groups, including UK subsidiaries with overseas parents.

He aims to build good working relationships with his clients through a personal and professional approach. Holding full Sage, Xero and QuickBooks Online accreditation, he works with clients to fully exploit the functionality accounting software has to offer in order to maximise business management and control.

Ashley also undertakes corporate finance advice dealing with both the purchase and sale of businesses, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Ashley’s main fields of expertise include manufacturing and engineering, distribution and the service sector.
