Adam is the Managing Director and co-founder of Streets Law, the dedicated and standalone legal services practice of Streets Chartered Accountants. Prior to forming Streets Law, Adam spent over 10 years working in the Corporate & Commercial department of a leading regional law firm.
In addition to his core focus on M&A work, Adam also advises clients on investments and fundraising, refinancing and restructuring transactions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and bespoke commercial contracts. He also has extensive experience and knowledge advising clients on the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights, copyright and media law matters.
Adam’s client base is extensive and includes entrepreneurs, owner managed businesses, large corporate groups, film directors and producers, charities, academies and other not-for-profit organisations.
