This service allows you to use one of our office addresses as your company’s or limited liability partnership’s (LLP’s) official registered office. This is the address displayed on the public register at Companies House and is the legal location where statutory correspondence and formal notices are sent.

Setting Up Your Registered Office With Streets
For New Companies or LLPs
If you’re forming a new company or LLP, you can nominate a Streets office as your registered office address during the company formation process. Most clients choose the Streets office closest to the partner or team managing their affairs.
For Existing Companies or LLPs
Switching your registered office to Streets is straightforward. It simply involves submitting a Companies House form AD01 – Change of Registered Office Address. We can help you complete and file the form or assist with the online submission process.
Once completed, we will:
- Activate your Registered Office service
- Display your company or LLP name at the chosen Streets office
- Issue an annual invoice, running from 1 April to 31 March, or on a pro-rata basis if started mid-year
